Items up to 2kg total packaged weight are usually sent out by 1st or 2nd class recorded post, the cost is calculated at checkout.
Our Deliveries are made using a standard delivery 3-5 days and are charged according to the delivery postal address, all deliveries require a signature.
We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not classed as working days).

Overseas recipients may incur import duty, additional taxes or fees prior to or on delivery, you are advised to check yourselves before orders are placed.

Returns:We undertake to replace any product that is delivered to you faulty or in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us as soon as possible after receipt of delivery through our “Contact us” webpage, faulty or damaged products should be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
We also undertake to exchange/refund any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods is at your risk, we recommend that products are returned via a signed for/tracked service.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned faulty or damaged goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
