Delivery and Returns

All items are lovingly wrapped, packaged and posted to wherever you require...

Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.

 Items up to 2kg total packaged weight are usually sent out by 1st or 2nd class recorded post, the cost is calculated at checkout.

 Our Deliveries are made using a standard delivery 3-5 days and are charged according to the delivery postal address, all deliveries require a signature.

 We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not classed as working days).

 Overseas, International, Channel islands, Southern Ireland, Scottish Offshore Islands and any postcode not accepted, and for parcels weighing more than 1kg, please contact us for a shipping quote at sales@morgans-online.com

 Overseas recipients may incur import duty, additional taxes or fees prior to or on delivery, you are advised to check yourselves before orders are placed.

 Shipping is estimated prior to checkout, please contact us if you have any queries.



 Faulty or Damaged items

  We undertake to replace any product that is delivered to you faulty or in a damaged condition. In the case of a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery through our “Contact us” webpage. Faulty or damaged products should be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.


If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned faulty or damaged goods, we undertake to reimburse you for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges. 

Returning Undamaged Items

 We also undertake to exchange/refund any undamaged product purchased from us. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and the item must be returned unused and with proof of purchase within 14 days of informing us. If undamaged goods are returned to us, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. As the customer it is your responsibility to return undamaged goods safely and to pay the postage cost, we recommend that products are returned via a signed for/tracked service.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective we cannot accept returns for :

- custom or personalised orders

- intimate items such as earrings (for health and hygiene reasons)

- items on sale
